WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW?

THIS IS THE QUESTION PERFORATE ALL THE 4224 HEALTH ASSISTANTS MINDS TODAY. I AM NOT CONFUSED BY SAYING THIS NUMBER; BUT YOU THINK THAT THE TOTAL NUMBER OF CONTRACT MPHA (M) ‘S 3600. I ALSO KNOW THAT TOTAL MPHA (M) ON CONTRACT BASIS IN MEDICAL AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS 3600. WHEN THE SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT CAME OUT MAJORITY EMPLOYS NOT THINK ABOUT THE JUDGMENT IMPLEMENTATION BUT THEY THINK ABOUT THE REGULARIZATION OF SERVICE. OUR CM SRI KIRAN KUMAR'S RAJIV YUVAKIRANALU POURED FUEL UPON FIRE.  ALL EMPLOYS INCLUDING RNTCP, APSACS AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS EMPLOYS THOSE WHO DON’T HAVE REGULAR POSTS IN HIS OWN DEPARTMENT AND PREVIOUSLY GET THE SERVICE WEIGHATAGE MARKS IN MEDICAL AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEEL NEW WISH, WITH THIS ALL EMPLOYS MY NUMBER IS CORRECT.

BUT THE MAGIC NUMBER IS 2324, ALL ARE FIGHTING FOR THIS BUT THE DIFFERENCE IS SOME ARE WANT THIS SOME ARE DONT WANT THIS. THOSE WHO ARE SEEKING 2324 NUMBER THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT CATEGORIES. THE 2002 MERIT LIST CANDIDATES AND 2003 JOB GETTING MEMBERS. THESE 2002 BATCH CANDIDATES ARE THOSE WHO APPEARED FOR THE EXAMINATION IN THE YEAR OF 2002 AND SELECTED AND GOT JUDGMENT IN FAVOUR. THE 2003 CANDIDATES ARE APPOINTED UPON COURT ORDER WITH WIDE G.O.Ms.159. M&H Dept AND HAVE NEARLY 8YEAR’S SENIORITY THEY WANT THEIR JOBS BECAUSE THE CANDIDATES AGES ARE MORE THAN EMPLOYMENT GETTING AGE AND AS PER THE G.O.Ms. 212, FIN 22.4.1994.  IN THE 2003 BATCH NEARLY 1100 EMPLOYS ARE NON SELECTED IN THE WRITTEN TEST.

If the government want to give jobs to all in service candidates 2324 + 1100 the total figure is 3424 but the total number of employs working in service is 3700 as DH report some candidates are get the job with permission from the government. This is one side to the coin the other side is in Srikakulam district there the selected candidates are still waiting for their jobs because the total sanction posts are occupied by Govt. Candidates and Intermediate candidates the S.S.C. based selected candidates are in out the job. If the Govt. goes for all candidates in service these candidates will appear for contempt of court, the courts said fill the candidates with selected candidates. So there is no way to leave the out side candidates, if the Govt. give permission to the out side selected candidates immediately the middle in service non selected  candidates are com in to force to fight for their jobs  Because they have service.  If the problem stops here there is no problem but the middle SSC candidates will come into force for fighting. If the Govt. shows mercy upon middle candidates the total list (2324+1100+100+700=4224) goes up.  

There is no way to the Govt. to give jobs to all candidates working and related to the 2002 notification. In this situation Govt. not able issue a new regular notification. In these conditions as per idea there is only one idea there are only two ways

1.      Implementing the court order with out any mercy. And go for regular notification.

2.      Absorbing all the in selected candidates in to regular service and giving weightage to all none selected, middle candidates and other sister departments (RNTCP etc).
